Sometimes when I am at home during the middle of a day or a day off, or just when I want to work from home I flip through the court shows on TV. I am really surprised at the number of people that get ripped off from places, are they just not doing their homework before hiring some company?

Well, the people who don't get ripped off don't make it to the tv, for one thing!
I do think that people have such different and high expectations around their wedding days that there are bound to be a lot of miscommunications and hurt feelings. There's so much stress and pressure that I feel for companies that are involved with weddings. It takes a thick skin.

That said, I am sure that there are places that run off with the money too!
