Well, this is the week of my sons wedding!  

Last  night I finally worked out our last problem which was refrigerator space.   I was thinking we would have to find refrigerator space to fit big roasters in.  Then it came to me~ just buy those aluminum pans and store the food in them in the fridge.  When it is time for the food to go in the roasters to heat up, I can have the kitchen staff do that, while I am home getting ready for the wedding~ genious!!

What are some last minute detalis I might be forgetting?

I see that you posted this back in June. I am wondering how your wedding went. Were there any last minute problems. I hope not. There always seem to be something that is forgotten. People freak out about it, but usually everything works out just fine.
