Cameras on each table

What are your thoughts about placing single use cameras on each table at the reception. Have the DJ say that these are there for people to take pictures of other people at their table and throughout the evening.
I think it's a neat way to see what happened at the reception that you were not part of (being too busy with other things). I also think that these pictures would be a great addition to the pictures the photographer took.
Your thoughts?
It's great to have pictures of people who attended the wedding and reception. However, I doubt if placing single use cameras in each table would work. How and who will collect the cameras after the wedding and what if someone forgot and took home the camera? There will be no pictures to show then.
It is a great idea. The only concern is if there are kids there that might just take the camera and take pictures of nonsense. At my sisters wedding, someone (we are assuming kids) filled up two cameras with pictures of cheese! It was rediculous!
It would be someone's job to collect them all. Or you could say in the beginning that the camera's are to be placed in this bucket at when they are finished. I've been to a couple of weddings like this, and the pictures were great. Of course not all of them, but it's a chance you take.
It's a great idea! Just make sure the guests know that the pictures are for you, not for them to take the camera home! My friend did that at her wedding and it worked out really well. She got a ton of pictures!
