Everytime I attend a wedding, I always notice that the bride's mother becomes emotional. Why is it so?

I think that moms in general get emotional at weddings.  It is a happy emotion.
When my son was married, I warned the wedding party that I am a crier. Then the brides mother said she is too.  Threwout the wedding you could see the groomsmen looking from her to me just to see if we were crying.

I think it's natural for mothers to become emotional at weddings. It's a special day in the life of their child.  Hopefully, the mother is happy for the child. I have know some instances where the mother was crying because she was against the wedding and didn't want her son to marry!

Of course, parents are happy to see their child getting married. It's just a tears of joy. After the wedding they would part ways and that would be sad on the side of the parents. Just like the bride and groom, some are very emotional. By the way, are there some grooms who are emotional during the ceremony?

Of course, they are, especially she is her only daughter. Maybe, this is just a sign of happiness and loneliness that her daughter, who was a baby and a young girl then is now a fully woman and soon become a mom too. Do you think trhis is what they are thinking that time?

It's an emotional thing watching your child get married.  I think it's the same for girls and boys, you are losing that child to their own family.  Well not losing but most times they never come back to live with you again.
It's a happy cry, happy for them for finding their true love and starting their new life.

Some mothers become emotional during their daughter's weddings either because they are too happy or too anxious abaout their daughters.
