Flats or heels

When I was married, I decided to wear heels. I have no idea what was going threw my head! I should have worn a nice pair of flats because by the end of the night my feet were killing me.
I have seen alot of brides wear nice satin shoes that actually look like slippers. How smart is that!
Will you be wearing flats or heels?
My sister-in-law wore ballet slippers and it worked really well for her. Plus they were decorative and looked pretty. I wore heels because my husband is really tall and I didn't want to look super short beside him. But by the time it was over, I was definitely wanted them off!
Wedding venue may rely on. If it's a garden or beach wedding i'd prefer to wear something flat, but church wedding heels would be nice. And you may change your footwear at the reception, something that makes your move comfortable while having the party.
I did a flat/heel mix since I am a little taller than my hubby, but slippers were on before the night was over as everyone knows I am all about being comfy before anything else. With a long dress, no one even noticed.
I am going to go for a comfortable pair of heals, and yes they do exist. You just have to make sure you wear them in before the wedding. You don't want to be wearing the shoes for the first time the day you get married!
Definitely going for flats over here! We're getting married outside. I am tall and I can't stand heels anyway, and the idea of tripping on a rock or something (I'm a bit of a clutz) is rather unappealing and much more likely in heels!
I am actually going to be wearing those slippers that look like ballet slippers. They are so comfortable. I could not stand to be in high heels for the whole day. I also didn't want to wear them for fear I will fall walking down the isle. LOL
