Ok, I know this sounds weird. But my fiance and I are both private people, and we rarely even hold hands in public. How do you get over the fact that you're going to have to make a big deal about kissing someone else in public? I mean, we're fine to do this in private, of course (blushing), but I'm not really in to public displays of affection!

For some reason this is making me really nervous and embarassed.

It depends on how intimate your display of affection is on public. Holding hands or exchanging small kisses is not vulgar or embarrassing. It's not as if you are going to exchange passionate kisses and tight embrace during your wedding.

I have a friend who is exactly the same way. They surprised everyone at their ceremony by grabbing small umbrellas from the maid of honor and best man and opened them up to hide their kiss from all of the guests. It got a good laugh from everyone!

For many people PDA's are a so so type of thing, myself and hubby are not too much into it either but sometimes you just need to grab life and go with it, even if that means a little smoochy. You know, you could always practice, it does make perfect. :)
