Gaining weight

With all the anxiety or stress related things I have been dealing with lately, I have started to gain a few pounds. I've been doing my best to keep from gaining anymore so that my dress will fit properly like it did when I had it made but I am starting to worry. I've been doing situps and running and eating less.
You are doing workouts, that's good. Just don't force yourself, because it will just make your body tired and you will end up taking more calories. Do moderate exercises, be relax. Last but not least, you'd better not have dinner too late.
I have been trying to eat less also. Not an easy task when stressed out. But trying to stay relaxed and trying to fit in some exercise wheneve I can. Running is a great excersise to destress and to burn extra calories.
It's okay to do some exercises to relieve the stress and to keep your body fit. Just don't overdo it so you won't end up sick on your wedding day.
Yes I have a bad habit to eat around 9pm every night and I have been told several times that this isn't a healthy thing but I can't get around it. I guess I need to try harder.
Try not to eat after 7pm every night. This will help you tremendously!
Did you already get your dress altered? I gained some when I was planning my wedding, but when I had my dress altered, I did it according. I knew I wouldn't be loosing any weight as I am a stress eater.
I was so stressed before my wedding that I packed on some pounds. When I went to try my dress on two months before our wedding I couldn't zipper the dress. I was freaking out so I called one of my friends and we started working out together and I dropped all the weight I gained plus some. I worked really hard at losing the weight but I gained it all back after having kids and now I'm in the process of trying to lose it again.
