Is anyone else having issues with their hair falling out?

I've got long hair, about to my bra and have been finding in the last few months thats it been falling out real bad :? I have been dieting but nothing drastic and haven't been using any different products etc so thinking it might be stress related in the lead up to the wedding.

Anyone else experiencing this? How do I stop it?

Its healthy to lose hair regularly! I think they say about 100 strands a day!
My hair falls out left, right and center. Like in clumps after a shower and just sitting here if I run my hands through my hair I pull out alot of hair, But I still have ALOT left! If you are really worried head the the hairdressers and get them to check your hair for you!

Use a leave in conditioner and it smooths it and shines.
Also try some shampoos and conditioners that replenish hair.

In order to stop the hair falling ..... you avoid using shampoos ... but dont forget to massage your hair with any ayurvedic oil before you go to bed.
then you can wash your hair for once in every threee days....but apply the oil daily....

reatments for the various forms of alopecia have limited success. Some hair loss sufferers make use of clinically proven treatments such as finasteride and topically applied minoxidil (in solution) in an attempt to prevent further loss and regrow hair. As a general rule, it is easier to maintain remaining hair than it is to regrow; however, the treatments mentioned may prevent hair loss from Androgenetic alopecia, and there are new technologies in cosmetic transplant surgery and hair replacement systems that can be completely undetectable.

Is it falling out alot?  Do you think it might just be due to the stress of planning the wedding?  I wouldn't worry about it if you are under alot of stress.  Once things calm down if it is still falling out in unusual amounts, then you might want to try some treatments.

Have you heard about Aloe Vera? It's good for the hair. It wouldn't only make your hair thicker but healthier as well. And I suggest that you relax. Sometimes stress contributes to the falling of our hair.
