I have recently shifted to San Diego from Ohio. I am quite new to the place and the organization that I have joined. I feel that I am lacking the confidence and spark to make new pals, especially girls. I do not have friends here to help me out, where else can I get help?

You shouldn't rush things. If you are nice with girls then, they would be nice to you. Make friends with your neighbors first. You would never know, they might help you out. Anyway, I know your organization would help you boost self confidence but of course, you have to work it for yourself first. Do you talk with your fellow members? I think you should do that always.
