Hello.

Does anyone of you know any effective ways to increase ones height despite beng an adult?

All I'm hearing is drink plenty of milk and that's it.

Anything else that you do know of?

Well, if this is related to looking good at a wedding, I'd suggest shoes with large soles. At least that's what a former boyfriend did when he wanted to look like he was taller than me! For women, the right dress and tailoring will suit you no matter what height you are!

Otherwise, I'd suggest working on your posture. I know that I lose a couple of inches when I slouch.

I don't think that you are literally going to grow any taller. Most women stop growing around age 18 or even younger. I am rather short myself so I wear heightening shoes. My wedding shoes give me an additional 5 inches.

I see, thanks. I think I'm gonna work on my posture then.

Thanks but I don't think there would be any harm in trying right? :P
