You can stop anxiety attack before they get going. ... breathing techniques that can eliminate those feelings of dread and prevent an attack are there..if you have learned those ...you can control anxiety......

Take some rest and be relaxed. I know it is hard to do with your wedding day very close. I experienced the same thing with my friend ,last December when he got married. So  ask people to help you. Ask your mom, sisters, friends anybody to help you finish up the next couple of weeks......So dont be lonely during these days.

Hi, sasi!
I suggest that you list down the things that has to be done and assign those things to someone else.
You should be getting feedbacks now and then to be sure that everything is goind smoothly and do not panic if something goes wrong. Get help from someone else if that happens.

Definitely recruit anyone you can to help with some of the stuff that needs to get done. A nice bubble bath with candles burning and a little lavender essential oil is great for the day when it all gets to you too! I also like to play some relaxing music while I am soaking.

I suggest sasi, just be yourself. Take a deep breath, get some time to relax your mind and body. Do you dink coffe always? It would be better I guess, if you elliminate this stuff by now. :)

Lots and lots of meditation and quality time for yourself. It's important to disconnect at the end of the day and focus on relaxation in order to rejuvenate for the next days to come. Reminding ourselves that this is a beautiful occasion and that everything is going as planned helps somehow decrease the anxiety, at least it did for me.

So the main key word I guess would be to not be lonely huh? Great suggestion.

make all things oriented.  Don't toggle up by yourself.  I am sure lots of helping hands surrounded you.  It's not really easy preparing your own big day.  Always set aside a time to rest.

Too much stress, poor diet,  and lack of sleep are just among the reasons of panic attack and anxiety. The first step is to know what causes your anxiety problem.
