We are getting married April 2010 in Vegas. (Live in Chicago.) We already sent out our save the dates at the beginning of July. When is it proper to send out the actual invitation for a destination wedding?

 i guess a month or two before the wedding ..when all the things have been taken care of i guess..i presume that during that time all the preparation are finish..

I would say the sooner the better and only because it's not right there.  The people will need to plan to take time off to get there and save money too.  I would give as much notice as possible.  This way you will have a better turn out for the wedding.
