Planning a wedding is very stressful.  It can be stressful for everyone involoved.
A good way to release all of that anxiety is to schedule a day of relaxation.  Maybe the bride and all of her bridesmaids can take a day to pamper themselves.  Go out for that manicure or pedicure, a fun lunch and just some hanging out time.

That would be a great idea. Most couple would even forget about relaxing when preparing for their wedding.

That is indeed a good idea. A day of fun when the bride can indulge herself with her friends is a good way to relax and get away for a while from the hustle of preparations.

That is actually a wonderful idea. I actually did that for myself. I left for a whole weekend all alone and went to Montreal. I told everyone not to contact me at all and that I would not respond to any calls. I even left my cell phone at home. It was one of the most relaxing weekends I've ever had my whole life. I came back as a new person and it was much easier to deal with things after my little getaway.

This can also be done the morning of the wedding.  Get all the girls together for massages!  Then go get your hair done and prepare for the big day.

That's great to hear. It means it really works.
