My wedding is only 7 weeks away and my teeth are looking a bit yellow, i guess from all the coffee i drink.
Is anyone getting their teeth whitened and if so, how much is it, details etc.
Has anyone had their teeth whitened and if so, did u notice a huge difference?
Has anyone had any good exeperiences with 'at home' kits?
Thanks!
Do it at home. I use Crest White Strips all the time and they work great! I usually will whiten my teeth about twice a year and inbetween I chew Orbits Whitening gum. I always get commented on how nice my teeth look, so it must work.
I started to use a whitening toothpaste (Colgate I think) and an electric toothbrush. My teeth were whiter is just a few days. Be careful of other treatments though, they can make your teeth pretty sensitive.
for whitening toothpaste you can apply water with salt and brush well.tour teeth will become whiter...
Hey it is easy to make your teeth whiter in easier way ....... it is nothinng other than that you use a few amount of salt {that is not crystallised} instead of toothpaste.....witin two weeks your problems regarding your teeth will be vanished..........
Use Fitkari powder n massage on ur teeth as well on gums gently for 3 min twice in a day or atleast once in the morning before using toothpaste.
if u want teeth whitening means u will use ..... harpic white ........
my teeth are pretty yellow; actually they are noticeably yellow and i was thinking of using a drugstore package to whiten them. i heard the whitening strips are terrible, dont work, and are painful but i heard the aquafresh whitening trays pro gentel system is effective.
honestly the pain doesn't really matter. i just want to see my teeth dramatically whiter but done in a safer enamel-safe way .
We can also use baking soda to brush our teeth.....this makes our teeth to appear much whittier than before .... belive it......
mix baking soda with hydrogen peroxide to form tooth paste, brush regularly it will helps to remove the stains, rubbing the inside of the orange peel helps to removes, drop some lemon drops on your toothbrush and brush well....these will helps to teeth whitening....
There are many methods to whiten teeth: bleaching strips, bleaching pen, bleaching gel, laser bleaching, and natural bleaching. Traditionally, at-home whitening is done with bleaching gel which is applied to the teeth using thin guard trays. At-home whitening can also be done by applying small strips that go over the front teeth. Oxidizing agents such as hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide are used to lighten the shade of the tooth. The oxidizing agent penetrates the porosities in the rod-like crystal structure of enamel and oxidizes interprismatic stain deposits; over a period of time, the dentin layer, lying underneath the enamel, is also bleached. Laser bleaching uses light energy to accelerate the process of bleaching in a dental office. The effects of bleaching can last for several months, but may vary depending on the lifestyle of the patient. Factors which will decrease whitening include smoking and the ingestion of dark colored liquids like coffee, tea and red wine.
Use a good electric toothbrush like a Philips sonic one and a tooth powder rather than paste.
