you can tone them by doing the same exercise you did to build them, doing more of the exercise will make them harder, just like abs, train them to get them ripped.
good luck :)

I want to loose the fat on my upper arms but without having the flab. Is there any exercise which I can do to tone my upper part of my arm up? exercise or pranayam?

Face muscles can be toned up by doing yogas. Its a traditional art of India, Yes there are many procedures and systematic ways for doing that. (For example ..sirasasanam. standing upside down for a couple of minutes gives a good blood circulation in the face and eyes.)

I try and do exercises for my arms by doing tricep exercises. I usually do this by doing tricep dips. Sit in a chair then lift your yourself by supporting your weight with your arms on the chair and scoot yourself off the chair and then dip your self to do 1 rep. Keep dipping yourself and that will work the back of your arms. If the instruction were confusing you can go to Self.com and look up tricep dips and they will explain and even have videos to help.
