Does anyone know what flowers are in season (and are not too expensive) in winter in Australia for a wedding? (Please don't say "ask a florist", because I will when I find an appropriate florist!)

Although only a small percentage of weddings are held during the winter months, this time of year can present some lovely ideas for bouquets and centerpieces.

Roses are available from florists all year round and they make lovely wedding bouquets.
